All our storage products are covered with limited 5-years warranty (memory cards) and 1-year warranty (card readers).

Hereby we should clarify what is the meaning of “limited” term: as you may know, flash memory has its own lifespan and it’s limited by the number of rewrites to media. Normally, all our cards are designed to provide for customer at least 1000 of rewrite cycles. It means that for 256GB card you could write up to 256TeraBytes of data. After this point we still believe that your card will keep working smoothly, but we recommend you to start thinking about purchasing the replacement as, once you reach this limit, this card will not be serviced under the terms of the present warranty support, and, moreover, it will become unsafe to operate with your valuable data. That’s what we call a “normal wear” and that’s why our warranty has such a limitations. You still could use this card for backup, but, again, we strongly suggest to think about the soonest replacement.
